FAQ’s

All cakes are first wrapped with food grade, plastic acetate, sealed with plastic wrap and tied with a bow. The wrapped cake is then put into a food grade tube that is sealed and tucked into a polystyrene foam for safe travels and insulation. The cakes are shipped with gel ice packs to keep it cool during transit.

All of our Cake Mail is shipped via UPS Air. You will receive your cake on the date you selected during check out.

Please contact hallie@cakecoutureco.com with your order number and you’ll receive a reply within 4-8 hours from our customer support team who can help locate your order.

We’re so sorry to hear this! Please contact our Customer Support team at hallie@cakecoutureco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

We understand that sometimes items get damaged during shipping and while we cannot control this, we’re happy to work with you and our delivery partners to reship your order at the next available ship date.

For best results, place your Cake Mail (including the tube) in the refrigerator immediately upon its arrival. To serve, remove Cake Mail from the refrigerator and immediately unwrap the plastic collar from around the cake while it’s still cold. Allow cake to sit out at room temperature for 1-2 hours before serving.

To store your leftovers, you may leave the cake in a sealed container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
